In Vilkaviškis, at Vytauto St. 99, a new commercial building was constructed for the “IKI” shopping center.
The total building area is 1522.27 m², and it meets A energy class standards, ensuring efficient energy use and low operating costs. Construction was completed in 2017.
During the project, the walls were built with “Sandwich” panels, and the interior partitions were made of gypsum board panels. The roof was covered with welded roofing, and the windows and doors were made of aluminum constructions.
The building facade features fiber cement louver cladding, mounted on a metal frame, giving the building a modern and aesthetic appearance.
The construction work also included electrical and plumbing installations.
The project was carried out as a joint project along with city infrastructure improvements, aimed at enhancing the surrounding area and ensuring convenient access.
